These Terms of Service govern your use of dntddynamics.com and your purchase of products from DNTD Dynamics LLC (“DNTD Dynamics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Washington State limited liability company. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Evaluation boards and development use only. All hardware products sold by DNTD Dynamics are development kits intended for evaluation, development, and research use by design professionals and businesses. They are not FCC-certified consumer products. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to FCC Part 15 regulations in the United States and equivalent regulations in other countries.

Commercial software licenses. ForeForce software is source-available under the Business Source License 1.1. Non-commercial use is free under that license. Commercial use requires a commercial license from DNTD Dynamics; the terms of the commercial license agreement provided at purchase govern that use. If these Terms conflict with a commercial license agreement, the license agreement controls for the licensed software.

Product descriptions. We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including specifications, compatibility, and what is included. Specifications are subject to change as we improve our products. We will notify pre-order customers of any material changes before shipment.

Software and documentation. Driver packages, configuration files, and documentation included with kits are provided as-is. We provide support via email and maintain a private repository for kit and license owners, but we do not guarantee specific software functionality beyond what is described at time of purchase.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a unit from a future production batch.

  • Deposits. Board pre-orders are placed with a deposit charged at the time of order. The remaining balance is charged only when your unit is ready to ship — never before. We will notify you before charging the balance.
  • Other products. Software licenses and in-stock items are charged in full at the time of order.
  • Ship dates are estimates. We provide conservative estimates and communicate material schedule changes to pre-order customers via email.
  • Cancellations of pre-orders are accepted at any time before shipment for a full refund of all amounts paid, including deposits, for any reason.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you pay is locked at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment

We accept payment via credit and debit card through Stripe, Inc. By placing an order you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are included in the listed product price for domestic US orders. Canadian orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DNTD DYNAMICS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

These products are development kits for evaluation and development use. You assume all responsibility for safe and legal deployment in your applications, including conducting a risk assessment and validating conformity per applicable standards in your complete system.

Intellectual Property

Software, documentation, configuration files, and written content provided with DNTD Dynamics products are the intellectual property of DNTD Dynamics LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise. Source-available and third-party components are subject to their respective licenses.

Lab notes and website content are copyright DNTD Dynamics LLC. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. Reproduction of full articles without permission is not permitted.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
